INNOVATION & RELIABILITY Proformance Shades have developed and produced a superior Sun Shade that is most suited to our New Zealand climatic conditions and its usefulness in our typical recreation pastimes is unsurpassed. These units can be typically used over swimming pools, spa's, patios and other outdoor areas including commercial applications to provide shelter against harsh solar radiation and harmful effects of ultraviolet rays. The umbrella shade is raised and lowered by a compact winch system that is uniquely built into the supporting gantry pipe. From the operators position, the umbrella can be positioned to provide shade to any area within the gantry swing path. The system incorporates innovative tamperproof safety features which auto-actuate for peace of mind. All components are selected from high quality materials and designed to promote simple, safe and reliable operations over extended periods. The Proformance Shade can be left in an erect state in winds from 30 to 50KPH. In a folded position it will sustain winds of greater than 50KPH.
