Logan informed us of other products that are available and showed us the new shade dollars website where you can gain credit on your account when you have a referral.
During installation Logan was patient with the children, and watching their new umbrella was a great learning experience for them.

Our kindy last year purchased a swingshade from Proformance Shades. This has been the most valuable piece of equipment I have purchased for the kindy.
We use our swings all year round and the shade in summer is fantastic.

I cannot wait to see more of this brilliant company, Proformance Shades range of Umbrellas & other shade products are the best thing that has happened to the shading industry since trees were invented.
They are by far the best way in 21st century to reduce skin damage from the harsh UV rays all whilst staying cool.

We purchased our umbrella approximately 12 years ago from Profromance Shades.
On Friday the 23rd Dec 2011 when preparing for a family function I started to wind up my umbrella and the cable broke.
I immediately phoned Proformance Shades at 2pm and spoke to Logan, Logan explained that they had closed for Christmas and in fact where at their company Christmas party.
However, to my surprise he advised that He would call around with Curtis and repair the umbrella. They arrived at 3:10 pm and completed the repairs.
I can only say that this is outstanding customer service and would recommend Pro Shades to anyone thinking about installing an umbrella of this type.

When we ordered our Tuscan umbrella, I was a little bit apprehensive to be honest having not actually seen one in the flesh and also because it had to be freighted from Auckland to Gisborne but when we received it I was pleased with how well it was packed and it would have to be severely mishandled to cause any damage.
The umbrella is fantastic and so easy to raise and lower and the build quality is really strong.
Everyone that has seen it is impressed with it and I thoroughly recommend it and Logan and his team for the service that they gave us

I recommend Proformance Shades to anyone wanting a really good product that comes with professional service. We have had our umbrellas for a number of years and they have been fantastic both for shade and rain cover. If things have needed repair because of our own wear and tear the company has responded quickly and efficiently to effect repairs.
